• Companies can raise up to R$ 5 million annually (previously R$ 2.4M)
• Annual revenue limit increased to R$ 10 million (previously R$ 3.6M)
• Any company type eligible, including corporations (S.A.)
• Multiple investment vehicles allowed (convertible debt, SPVs, participation contracts)
• Platform registration with CVM (not offering registration)
• Platforms provide annual accountability to CVM
